Job Title: Partner Account Manager

Position Summary

The partner account manager works with strategic and regional partners to identify and close new sales opportunities. Lead the partner business territory by identifying new partners, enabling existing partners, developing joint go-to-market programs, assisting in partner sales cycles and servicing partner s customers. Must demonstrate excellent knowledge of print, content and accessible document markets in order to support partners who operate in one or more of these categories. Develop unique solutions with partners leveraging Crawford s core product portfolio. Requires excellent communication, leadership, team building and influencing skills in order to cooperatively drive partner business.

Requirements

  • A strong track record of delivering sales and achieving quota for enterprise software products through channels
  • A strong understanding of the ECM market and experience of working with ECM partners like Alfresco, Box and OpenText
  • A good understanding of enterprise output management print workflows and post-compositional processing in particular, is desirable
  • A good understanding of the high volume transactional InkJet printer market is desirable
  • An understanding of document accessibility solutions is desirable

Responsibilities

  • Manage a sales territory that consists exclusively of partners and drive sales revenue through partners
  • Meet and exceed revenue goals through partners
  • Develop new solutions and develop go-to-market programs with partners with the product marketing team
  • Ensure partners are appropriately enabled with technical and sales skills with training and product marketing teams
  • Build go-to-market programs with partners and the marketing team
  • Support partner sales by representing Crawford in customer interactions and appropriately managing pre-sales engagement in sales cycles
  • Assist in partner RFP responses
  • Identify and acquire new partners in territory
  • Direct outbound marketing programs to partners with the marketing team
  • Periodically report on partner sales pipeline and deliver accurate revenue forecasts
  • Write and deliver proposals and SoWs to partners in support of their business objectives
  • Support quarterly business review programs with partners
  • Other duties as required.
