Job Summary:


  • Monitor one sub-contractor site specific safety meeting in the morning
  • Review the Site-Specific Job Safety Analysis
  • Conduct a site walkaround in order to observe hazards
  • Complete E-checklist and submit to the Clouds
  • Attend a weekly a mandatory Safety Officer meeting with CERES/Sub-contractors
  • Assist the Project Safety and Health Manager in conducting accident investigation s
  • Report his/her daily finding to the PSHM by 1700 hours


  • 5 Years experience in the construction safety field
  • 30 Hour OSHA Construction Safety certificate
  • 40 Hour OSHA HAZWOPER Cert, current 8-hour refresher or the NFPA Equivalent

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand and walk. The employee is frequently required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to sit and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Work Environment

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts and outside weather conditions. The employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; high, precarious places; fumes or airborne particles; risk of electrical shock and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
