Tradesmen Staffing is seeking a Branch Manager to support our serviced-based business in Idaho Falls.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

The Branch Manager position will require a variety of daily responsibilities: from managing employees, sales, data entry, auditing, customer outreach, financial reconciliation, and sales outreach. Most of your efforts will be focused on managing the teams/people and the end product for customers. You should be an effective communicator, and have a good judge of character. Although this position is based in the office, a lot of your time will be spent visiting job sites and contractors offices, so you should be comfortable in both environments.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

2 YRS+ of College, Military background also preferred.
Previous experience interviewing, hiring, payroll is a plus.
Ability to qualify customers or employees.
Ability to delegate, assign & communicate with teams cohesively.
Excellent communication skills, organization, and attention to detail.
Ability to assess standardized job site risk, based on varying trades/project types.
Comfortable with basic outside sales efforts, both via phone/email, or in person.
Strong computing skills; Microsoft Office, word, excel, email & other windows apps.
Dependable & strong work ethic.
Professional appearance
Comfortable making routine visits to job sites, to check on employees and customers.
