Reports To: Sr. Director of Marketing

Salary & Bonuses: $80,000 – $100,000 per year salary plus bonus

Hours: 40-60 hrs per week Travel: approx. 30%

Our marketing team is experiencing tremendous growth! This high-profile role is tasked with overseeing canvassing departments in 5 markets (Austin, San Antonio, Dallas, Oklahoma City, Tulsa and Bentonville Arkansas). If you have experience building effective teams, the ability to lead, train and motivate those teams and can ensure that the department is organized and meeting performance goals… We want to talk with you!

Role Qualifications & Key Responsibilities:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in canvassing and experience in a leadership role
  • Ability to analyze effectiveness of canvassing programs, processes and canvassing team members to garner insights and report to Marketing on a consistent basis
  • Ability to audit current operations and develop efficiencies or improvements that produce better results
  • Ability to provide on the job coaching, mentoring and motivation to ensure that canvassing teams are on track and setting appointments.
  • Provide vigilant territory management, ensuring Canvass Departments are seizing every opportunity to produce leads and managing turf effectively.
  • Maintain a fun, encouraging atmosphere so that canvassers know they are appreciated and supported
  • College degree strongly preferred
