Job Description

The Clinician II serves in a professional counseling capacity to deliver outpatient treatment services on behalf of the agency for the clients that are enrolled. The Clinician II carries a full clinical caseload with the appropriate case mix of shorter term and longer term cases, accompanied by regular supervision. The Clinician II will be traveling and providing in-home clinical services at least 2 days out of the week to surrounding counties.

Position/Work Schedule: 2 day’s (9am – 6pm), 3 days (11:00am – 8:00pm) and Saturday rotations

Salary: $40,000 – $50,000 (Based on experience and certification’s)

Qualifications

uired to be Considered for the Position:

  • Master's Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Health, Social Work, or other related behavioral science field.

  • Current advanced licensure as a LPC or LCSW along with an LCDC credential in the state of Texas.

  • At least two years or more post full licensure providing direct clinical services to individuals with substance abuse, couples, families, and groups.

  • Experience in managing licensing compliance for a licensed substance abuse outpatient treatment facility.

Preferred:

  • Fluency in English and Spanish (read, write, speak) desirable.

  • Experience using computer-based client data systems.

  • Active CAQH account.

  • Experience treating individuals with trauma-stressor related disorders and providing in-home clinical services.

  • Experience conducting presentations on psycho-educational related topics.
