ANDRES is currently accepting applications for a Code Compliance Architect opening.

Code Compliance Architect Knowledge and Experience Requirements:

- College degree required (Preferably Architecture)

- 5-10+ years of experience with Fair Housing and ADA requirements

- Multifamily, Senior Living, Hotels, and Commercial Construction experience

- Technology literate

Code Compliance Architect Responsibilities (not limited to):

- Review all drawings during the design phase

- Travel to job sites to ensure compliance during all phases of building

- Teach ANDRES site supervision what to look for regarding code compliance

- Maintain an atmosphere of quality and proper job execution

- Maintain positive and pleasant owner/architect/subcontractor/employee relationships

- Maintain a safe work environment

- Function in harmony with team members

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

- Must walk the construction sites frequently

- Able to work in seasonal conditions as required

- Able to physically negotiate the hazards of a new construction work site (i.e. uneven surfaces, floor openings, heights, heavy lifting, climbing, etc.)

- Normally in an office with other members of project team
