Job Description

The Collection Representatives perform outbound calls to and receive inbound calls from cardholders with delinquent and over-the-credit limit accounts to obtain acceptable payment arrangements. Hours available from 7am-8pm Mon-Thurs and 7am-7pm Friday-Saturday. The top 50% of Collectors will receive a monthly bonus (ranging from $150-$1,100).

Requirements:

  • 18 years of age with HS Diploma or GED
  • Commit to 3 weeks of paid training (Mon-Fri 8am-5pm) - Training starts on March 11th
  • Available to work every other Saturday

Bilingual candidates (english/spanish speaking) are encouraged to apply! **receive additional $2.00 per hour**
