Job Description

The Project Manager position is the key point of contact between our clients and Franz Witte s Landscape Install resources from inception through completion. The scope of responsibly encompasses acquiring/bidding work, scheduling projects and seeing them through construction throughout the season, developing staff, and building client relationships.

What You ll Do:

  • You ll be responsible to oversee the construction of Install projects while interfacing with clients, subcontractors, suppliers as well as internal personnel
  • You ll use your experience with all aspects of landscape, hardscape, irrigation and site work including sales, customer service, estimating, production and training
  • You'll build commercial landscape install projects ranging from $50,000 to $3 million
  • Other duties as assigned

Skills We re Seeking:

  • Full understanding of how to design and construct all facets of landscape (irrigation, hardscapes, plant material, etc)
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients from initial phone call to follow up as the job completes to billing and final walk through
  • Management of all areas of landscape project construction. Coordinate, schedule and monitor construction crew and subcontractors. Analyze project performance
  • You would be able to estimate a building project, prepare professional proposal, and document and summarize completed job information for billing, and profitability.
  • You would be able to supervise the training and education of landscape construction techniques
