Join our collaborative leadership team and love what you do! Total Card is currently seeking a Unit Manager in the Customer Service Department. The Unit Manager coordinates the daily workflow of Customer Service Representatives and assists in the more complex phases of their work. The hours of the position are between 12:30 pm to 9:00 pm, Monday-Friday with every other weekend coverage. Minimum two years customer service experience in a call center environment and one year of call center management experience preferred. In depth knowledge of Fair Debt Collection Practices Act rules and regulations.

The following skills are required for the position:

Ability to effectively maintain a high level of professionalism and manage staff in a rapidly changing environment and encourage same behavior from all employees.
Strong attention to detail with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multi-task.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Advanced knowledge of relevant policies and/or procedures to follow.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word required with ability to create various reports as needed.
Advanced computer, keyboarding and telephone skills.
Ability to make independent decisions.
Proven knowledge of call center fundamentals including automated systems, solving complex problems and inquiries, scheduling, training/coaching, and reporting.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate and interact with all levels of employees and leadership.
