Your role on the Gold Star Service team:
You are an integral part of a team that provides home comfort solutions with the highest integrity. You are the vital link between our service experts and the customers we serve. The team at Gold Star Service trusts you to build positive relationships, act professionally and ensure we conduct our business productively.

Every day will be different. Your day could include:

• Prioritizing scheduled customer visits
• Getting the right service expert to the right customer
• Planning how best to minimize travel time and labor
• Creating awareness of opportunities for service exerts
• Communicating with technicians to minimize/resolve issues such as misroutes
• Creating reports that measure productivity

Your knowledge and skills include:

• Able to utilize phone, cell phone, text, email and internet at a high level of expertise
• Detail-oriented, able to think strategically and look for opportunities
• Able to work with technicians to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and technical correctness of the completed job
• Flexible, adaptable at managing multiple priorities
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Willingness to pursue, develop and participate in continuing education
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing industry
• Able to work with technicians and co-workers to ensure project is flawless
• Flexible availability, including weekends and some nights
• Excellent time management skills
• Motivated and able to work independently
• Be able to work under time constraints, budgetary limits, and pressures.
• You love to challenge yourself and want to learn continuously
