Flex Image Lead

Hours: 2nd Shift 3:30pm-12:00am

We will Train! Overtime hours available


This position requires overseeing and leading all operations and operators in the manual wet chemical tank and conveyor cleaning of panel substrates. Oversee the coating, exposing and developing of the panels after clean, along with all Vac/Lam and PIC operations (coating and screen printer). The lead is responsible for the operators processing the sheets/parts needed to achieve customer specifications and to verify/oversee that all routine maintenance on equipment is being performed to ensure process capability.

Supervisory Responsibility

  • Start-up and shutdown of all FLEXET and FLEXIM work areas.
  • Coordinate production workflow for multiple work areas.
  • Work closely with FLEXET lead and supervisor to maintain schedules, monitor, determine and assign manpower and equipment needed to support the production schedules.
  • Print and utilize all production reports required, (ex: Production batch graphs, missing load reports, schedules and Pac reports) to maintain a lean and efficient workflow and support customer requirements and ship dates.
  • Ability to train in multiple operations that report to them ex: Kapton etch, Plating, Persulfate etch, seed removal, and retain information.
  • Monitor jobs to ensure they will finish on time and be moved to the next operation.
  • Address issues when they arise, both work and employee, aiming for minimum disruption.
  • Prepare and submit, in a timely fashion, performance evaluations when required.
  • Collaborate with quality control, engineers, and maintenance to keep product and equipment moving and running at optimum efficiency.
  • Maintain all required paperwork ex: PCW s, prints, schedules, travelers etc., in a neat and organized fashion.
  • Must know company work ethic and policies and perform required disciplinary action when needed.

Knowledge of other fabrication machine experience a plus!
