Position- Human Resources Generalist

Due to continued growth, The Kinetic Company is adding a full-time HR Generalist to their team.

The Human Resource Generalist is a member of the executive team and tasked to help the company strengthen their culture by positively; engaging, recruiting and motivating, Kinetics biggest asset, their employees.

Position Overview


  • Work with the CEO and leadership team to develop talent acquisition and talent development goals which align with the company s strategic plan and vision.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future job openings.
  • Lead all talent sourcing strategies; including the sourcing of passive candidates.
  • Implement and maintain online (Facebook, LinkedIn, GlassDoor, etc.), and offline employer branding /social media activities.
  • Develop and manage external partnerships with colleges, business forums, etc.
  • Oversee all stages of the candidate experience, including; the application, interviews, all communications and the on-boarding.
  • Work with all departments to create a best in practice on-boarding program for all new hires.
  • Create and maintain a standard orientation process that allows for a successful employee
  • on-boarding.
  • Provide objective feedback to business leadership regarding successes and failures of new candidates and facilitate countermeasures as required.

Retain, Train and Develop

  • Lead succession planning and talent development efforts to ensure adequate supply of future talent.
  • Establish and coordinate training and development strategies for the organization while collaborating with managers, and the leadership team.
  • Manage the talent development process including the employee regularly scheduled performance reviews.
  • Serve as the culture champion, managing employee engagement and employee growth.
  • Serve as the key champion for Kinetic to develop, update and maintain a differentiated employee value proposition.
  • Develop Kinetic employee development roadmap to foster upward movement and employee development.
  • Review/adjust/initiate new company policies as required to stay current with workforce requirements and the ever changing demographic of our workforce and employee.

Data and Compliance Integrity

Oversee the H.R. data system, providing accurate reporting of employee information.

Assist with Employee Manuals, Safety Manuals / Training Coordination, and other Employee related documentation.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations; assist in any workplace investigations.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree; CPA preferred
  • Minimum of five plus years experience in an HR role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
  • Minimum of three years experience in a recruiting role, including the sourcing of passive candidates.
  • Enjoys a fast-paced environment and the challenges that high growth demands.
  • Has a natural sense of urgency.
  • While enjoying leading others, this person also knows and values supporting other leaders.
  • Has the bandwidth, experience, and talent to do more than just this assignment; including aiding other business areas as required where you can contribute to help them in achieving their goals.
  • Demonstrated team building and leadership skills.
  • Strong relationship management, strategy development, project management, problem solving and change management skills.
  • Professional and positive approach, self-motivated, strong in building relationships, team player, dynamic, creative with the ability to work on own initiative.
  • Demonstrated strong oral and written communications skills.
