We are seeking a strong Automotive Internet Sales Professional with an entrepreneurial spirit. You will be responsible for executing the online marketing strategy -- optimizing the website and digital marketing to increase traffic and conversion rates. The ideal candidate will be able to facilitate relationships with 75-85 new clients per month.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage full cycle online consumer retail experience
  • Detailed understanding of the operational side of the order and fulfillment process
  • Develop and manage all aspects of web analytics related to E-Commerce
  • Help grow sales on sites by implementing industry and/or market best practices
  • Build strong relationships with product partners to include the use of their image assets and related information
  • Initiate continuous optimization of the website and digital marketing channels
  • Work closely with other members of the management team to collaborate on an e-commerce strategy for the marketing, sales, and product goals
  • Ensure necessary content for all on site campaigns are being developed and executed within set deadlines
  • Analyze engagement and customer data to enhance mobile and site merchandising strategy, defining best practices to deliver highest conversion rate and repeat visitors

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Hands-on experience within an Automotive Internet Sales team
  • New process development expertise
  • Full cycle e-commerce experience from online marketing and sales to order generation, product fulfillment and consumer product delivery
  • Strong understanding of how e-commerce websites operate and function
  • Ability to contribute with confidence
