Job Description

The Line Department Division Manager (LDDM) is responsible for directing, coordinating and managing materials (COGS), field direct labor (COGS), and related operations of the company so Benchmark may operate and control direct costs under the optimum conditions of productivity, efficiency, cost effectiveness, safety and ease of operations.


  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Industrial Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 5 years power line distribution experience
  • 2 years supervisory experience
  • Willing to travel and have reliable transportation
  • Valid Driver's License
  • OSHA 10, 30, Safeland preferred
  • Willing to work OT as required by project deadlines
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
