Job Description


We are currently seeking experienced, dependable and hard-working Make Ready/Turn Technician to ensure that vacated units are thoroughly restored to market ready condition in a timely and efficient manner while meeting quality standards.

Duties include:

  • Inspect vacated units and completes Make Ready Checklist
  • Perform duties to restore units to market-ready status to include but not limited to: painting, drywall repairs, basic carpentry, appliance installation, tile repair, re-key doors, change filters, etc.
  • Assist with the quality control inspections as needed
  • Assist in the completion of work orders and preventative maintenance as needed
  • Assists in the completion of work orders and preventative maintenance as needed.
  • Participates with the on-call responsibilities and assignments.


  • Availability to participate in the rotation of after-hours emergency maintenance calls
  • Self starter with ability to work independently
  • Strong attention to detail, quality, and safety standards
  • Ability to understand and follow direction
  • Ability to professionally, safely and efficiently perform assigned duties
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Own hand tools


  • Minimum three years of related experience
  • Valid Driver's License
