Description

The Digital Marketing Manager will lead website management and development and Search Engine Optimization (SEO). This position will have responsibility for the execution of each of these areas through vendor management, coordination, and project management: SEO campaigns, content creation, content management, website updates, and development. Additionally, this person will oversee website analytics and use Google Analytics to create goals, reports, and dashboards, and to measure and quantify results. The position will report to the Director of Online Marketing.

Please note this position is located in DFW area, not a remote position and relocation package is not available.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update website content including copy, images, videos, and documents.
  • Manage the content marketing calendar, tracking all campaigns, content, blogs, etc., and report on results.
  • Coordinate across teams and departments to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all website content, and process update requests and site enhancements.
  • Execution of lead generation strategies to support organizational objectives.
    • Identify and implement innovative SEO strategies with internal and external teams.
  • Optimize on-site content for maximum visibility and ranking in the major search engines including, but not limited to:
    • Site structure, page layout, and navigation.
    • Set name and link conventions of web pages, images, and other file types.
    • Establish in-bound links from relevant sites to increase unique website traffic.
  • Manage the content development strategy and calendar.
  • Develop site features and functionality to improve user experience and lead conversion rates.
  • Perform quality assurance checks on completed projects.
  • Prepare and communicate detailed analysis of website and landing page performance.
  • Test and track website and landing page optimization for search engine placement, bounce rate, and conversion rate.
  • Create design briefs and development specs by gathering information and data through research.
  • Think creatively to produce new ideas and design concepts.
  • Use tools to measure SEO effectiveness.
  • Manage campaign assets and collaborate with other members of the Marketing team on the creative design and messaging.
  • Prepare support request outlines and scope documentation to communicate support requests to the IT department.
  • Communicate deadlines, track progress and prepare regular summary updates.
  • Lead internal project status meetings and ongoing project schedule updates.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree in a related area from an academic institution accredited by a regional or national accrediting agency that is recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in lead generation and digital Marketing.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing websites.
  • Basic HTML and CSS skills.
  • Data-driven and analytical.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple projects/requests.
  • Strong conceptual skills and the ability to support and communicate ideas.
  • Ability to produce routine reports and correspondence and communicate with colleagues.
  • Thrives in an observation/coaching style environment.
