Job Description

The Office Administrator is located at Midwest Outdoor Resort's Ham Lake Resort Sales office. The Office Administrator provides support to the Sales Staff by having all of their office needs taken care of and by having the guests greeted, checked in and ready for the presentation by the Sales Staff. Strong organizational skills would be the top requirement for an Office Administrator. This is a position that requires attention to detail when typing legal and binding contracts and the ability to multi-task when guests are arriving for the presentation. General computer skills with specific knowledge of Outlook, Excel and Word would be necessary.

The Office Administrator will work closely with the Resort Manager helping with tasks in the resort office.
