General Information:
Help perform all functions for clients for the order management process, the hub of the support role.
Develop a strong relationship with the customer to drive long-term loyalty and retention.
Gain a thorough understanding of client s needs and objectives and how our services can deliver on the results our clients expect.
Interact directly with distributors, direct customers and key accounts weekly
Interact on a regular basis with internal line-of-business such as Finance, Shipping, QA and Logistics
Work directly with distributors to obtain client information related to their taxes, systems ordered and more for purpose of completion of a Purchase Order

Manager Role:
Manage a team of 3-4 people, manage the workload between team members and between Systems and ink orders
Pull reports, view open orders, work with cross-functional teams to ensure orders are progressing as needed and on time.
Perform regular team meetings and one-on-ones.
Create order status reports to be shared with Sales Team and Leadership
Develop and enhance the order management processes
Represent the team at leadership meetings

Requirements:
College degree.
At least 3 years experience managing customer service/order management teams.
Experience with the Microsoft Office 365 Suite (focusing on Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
Exceptional communication and relationship management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of an organization
Possesses a customer-centric partnership approach with exceptional problem-solving and leadership abilities. Outstanding customer-facing skills, including a love for customer education.
The ability to manage client problems and represent the company in the best light at all times
High attention to detail and willingness to get in the weeds of a problem in order to understand and solve it.
Comfort navigating and mediating conflict while being able to foster honest dialog
Enjoy a fast-paced environment, comfortable with change, and a willingness to take the initiative to get things done to make our customers and company a success
