Job Description

To provide timely, courteous and efficient scheduling and dispatching of service calls.

Job Requirements

  • Prior experience in a call center required
  • Ability to work closely with other Dispatchers, Customer Service Representatives, Technicians, Production Managers and Department Managers
  • Ability to participate in On Call Dispatch rotation
  • Ability to fully understand what is being communicated to you by asking detailed questions and reinstating what was told to you by customers
  • Able to demonstrate outstanding customer service at all times and places
  • Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office suite of products, Service Point and Viewpoint.
  • Capable of handling large volume of calls while remaining composed
  • Promotes team work and displays a positive attitude with co-workers
  • Ability to organize yourself and your day without having someone set priorities for you
  • Willing and capable of handling additional work or projects as assigned by the Call Center Lead or Call Center Manager
