We are looking for our next Project Adminstrator to bring their knowledge and experience to develop creative solutions which help our clients make SMART & STRATEGIC decisions to complete successful projects. The ability to anticipate and solve problems with nearly obsessive attention to detail pretty much sums up the KBA difference. BRINGING VALUE TO PROJECTS THROUGH TEAMWORK

KBA is interested in CM professionals with heavy civil project experience such as bridge, transit, water/wastewater and/or rail. A background of working directly with clients in a consultant role is highly desirable.

Requirements:

  • High School graduate plus 2-4 years relevant, progressive experience required; AA degree desired.
  • Microsoft Certified Application Specialist (MCAS) in Word and Excel deisred. APWA CASC desired.
  • Construction project office experience desired.
  • A valid driver's license and a good driving record are required.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds, such as boxes of records, is required.
  • Ability to sit at a workstation and perform data entry is required.
  • Ability to walk, stand, climb stairs and ladders, and navigate uneven terrain throughout construction worksites for up to 10 hours a day is required.
