Position Description:
Candidate will manage the full project life cycle from proposal to closeout of transportation/infrastructure/facility design or construction projects, and will assume responsibility for project scope, schedule, cost, quality, communications, resources, procurement, and risk elements required to optimize delivery, quality, and fiscal responsibility. The Project Manager s overall objective will be to build and maintain a positive client relationship, and to achieve or exceed the estimated profit margin for the project.

Job Requirements:
Candidate will have a Bachelor s Degree in either Architecture, Mechanical, Electrical or Civil/Structure Engineering or Construction Management, or a Project Management Professional certification along with a technical degree. Candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience with either transportation/infrastructure/facility design or construction. Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager on facility design/construction programs with construction value up to $10M, including conceptual programming, permitting, design and construction management is a must. Professional Registration is desirable but not required. Proficiency in the use of standard Microsoft Office products and the ability to become competent with latest project management software and reporting systems. Candidate must demonstrate customer service, decision-making, problem solving, negotiations and interpersonal skills along with excellent written and oral communication skills.
