Job Description

Position Summary

To schedule and oversee construction of residential new construction meeting quality scopes, building to budget, and meeting company safety standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Day to day operations from start pack to completion. Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Maintaining a running schedule
  • Quality control after all installs
  • Communication to subs and suppliers
  • Building to budgets
  • Walking production daily
  • Insuring safety onsite

Additional Responsibilities:

Servicing customers twice in the first year and maintaining high customer satisfaction

This is a supervisory position.

Education and/or Experience Qualifications:

  • Two year degree business or construction management (or alike degree)
  • Five+ years field experience managing new residential construction
  • Proficiency in Windows and ability to use computers/smartphone/tablets


  • Organizational skills a must
  • Multi-tasking
  • Good Communication skills
  • Maintaining budgets and cost cutting
  • Scheduling trades and suppliers and meeting deadlines consistently
  • Leader and team player
  • Motivator of subs and suppliers
  • Technology knowledge

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to lift 40lbs.
  • Work outside in the elements
  • Climb ladders, steps, and walk production daily

Noise Levels:

Generators, heavy machinery, saws, and nail guns
