We are currently seeking an experienced and Resources Coordinator to join our growing team!

Position Overview:

Responsible for the coordination of all systems and personnel for Exide operations acting as Point of Contact in support of assigned Project Manager and Regional Operations Manager.

Adhere to and optimize strict compliance with corporate/office policies and procedures, established health and safety protocols, and all applicable local, state, and federal regulations. Position will maintain the highest standard of excellence the company requires for its employees and equipment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversees the filling of requests made by clients, PM s and Supervisors for Union personnel, NRC personnel and equipment and tracks accordingly.
  • Will review all project documentation (eDWR s, etc) coordinating with Operations Administrator and Billing to ensure timely and accurate submittal which will help resolve conflicts arising from operations staff not meeting accounting deadlines i.e. payroll and billing.
  • Submit referral request letters to the local 300 union and the Local 12 Operating Engineers Union.
  • Must perform frequent audits on all functions of field personnel including attendance, behavior, safety, appearance and work performance.
  • Problems lacking clear precedent or disputes in personnel or equipment are reviewed with GM before action is taken.
  • Oversight of all resource functions of the project. Ensuring all discrepancies/issues are immediately addressed escalating issues to Human Resources as needed.
  • Prioritize and schedules to complete assignments as requested.
  • Exhibit strong leadership skills and professional demeanor creating a teamwork atmosphere
  • Must be able to work independently and in group setting.
  • Ensures compliance with company, divisional, OSHA and DOT procedures/policies/requirements.
  • Interact in a positive manner with all internal and external customers .
  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

  • 2-5 years experience in administrative functions including records management.
  • Intermediate computer skills including Windows with a strong focus on Excel, Oracle
  • Ability to communicate effectively and concisely with all levels of personnel both written, verbally and in person.
  • Well organized to manage multiple tasks and personnel, providing clear communications regarding expectations and mentoring opportunities.
  • Ability to multi-task, delegate and complete assignments/projects as required.
  • Ability and willingness to work extended hours and/or travel as needed to support NRC s operations.

Successful completion of a pre-employment background and substance screening process including, but not limited to, employment verification, criminal search and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) search as well continued verification throughout employment to ensure that all records meet company policy standards.
