Job Description

At Atlassian, we are on a mission to reinvent B2B selling. We have built a $600m+, fast-growing business without traditional sales tactics. By focusing relentlessly on high-quality products and converting free trials into happy customers, we have created a prolific "Flywheel" delivering over 100,000 customers to date. We believe we can engage with our customers through "Smart Touch" outbound engagements that generate higher conversions and incremental bookings throughout the customer lifecycle. The Sales Business Process Analyst will drive continuous improvements to the way our Field Operations team gets things done.

Here's an idea of the kinds of things you'll get to do:

  • Manage defects and enhancements including identification, resolution, and communication to business partners in the Sales organization
  • Drive process and technology improvements for Trello, Statuspage, and Enterprise Advocate sales teams
  • Conduct preliminary investigation for all project requests to ensure they are in line with business objectives
  • Facilitate workshops, uncover business requirements, and write process documentation
  • Negotiate with business owners and IT to prioritize change requests
  • Coordinate user acceptance, smoke testing, and implementation activities
  • Identify process improvements and increase efficiency
  • Track metrics across projects, improvements, and bugs
  • Manage business unit expectations of IT
  • Train end users
More about you

On your first day, we’ll expect you to have:

  • 2-6 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Technology, or Customer Support
  • The ability to recommend new ways Atlassian can better use Salesforce
  • An in-depth understanding of what it takes to get IT projects delivered
  • A strong sense of ownership, self-motivation, and ambition
More about our team

The Sales Operations organization is staffed with committed people who help our sales organizations understand performance, forecast the future, and improve processes. The Analytics team builds reports for our sales leaders. The Deal Desk finalizes our biggest contracts. You’ll work on the Direct Sales Process team to deliver the process and system changes we need to scale our interactions with customers.

More about the perks

Our offices are open, highly collaborative, and, yes, fun. To support you at work (and play) we offer some awesome perks: flexible work hours and location, well-stocked kitchens and bars, five paid volunteer days a year for your favorite cause, quarterly 24-hour hackathon days (ShipIt), a company-paid trip after five years, and more.
