What You Will Do: As a Senior Structural Engineer, you will play the lead role in project design and coordination. You will lead collaboration efforts with other groups/ disciplines within the company to deliver top quality projects and unparalleled service to our clients. Specific tasks that you may perform include preparing design calculations, cost estimates, and plan preparation. In addition to bridge projects you will also provide structural design for buildings, culverts, retaining walls, flood walls, and environmental structures (clarifiers, tanks, etc.). You will compile, write, and edit quality technical reports, feasibility reports, letters, memos and specifications on structural projects. You may oversee the work of EITs or Technicians.

What You Will Bring: The successful candidate must have a Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or similar degree from an accredited school and 5+ years of experience in bridge and related structural design. A Texas PE license or the ability to obtain a Texas PE license within six months is also required. Candidate should be familiar with LRFD design procedures and bridge design software – TxDOT Bridge experience is preferred. A valid driver's license and a clean driving record is required. Excellent technical, organizational, teamwork, communication skills and a strong work ethic will allow you to excel in this position.
