Role Overview

This Vice President, Compliance Services will be a key player in shaping and bringing to market Integreon s compliance services offering. Reporting to the President of Corporate Services, this position is responsible for leading cross functional teams in sales and operations to drive superior results for our evolving suite of compliance services. The right individual will not only bring deep subject matter expertise they must also have an entrepreneurial drive, a thirst to solve client challenges, and an appetite to straddle selling and building capabilities in parallel.

This individual will play a key role in defining the next generation of Integreon s managed services solutions and bringing those solutions to market. In order to effectively do this, the compliance SME must bring a thorough knowledge of Know-Your-Customer, Know-Your-Supplier, and Anti-Financial Crimes Compliance regulations and requirements for financial institutions as well as a thorough understanding of the market s trajectory and key players within it.

Key responsibilities include (1) translating compliance requirements and challenges in to Integreon solutions, (2) working with clients to recommend, tune, and optimize outsourced services, (3) putting in place global delivery teams including organizing and training Integreon associates, and (4) driving Integreon s presence in this market through personally generated sales meetings and thought leadership activities such as panels and articles.

Specific Duties

• Play a leading role in the development process for bringing to market Integreon s enhanced KYC/KYS/AML service offerings

• Shape Integreon s compliance offerings including market messaging, skills requirements, and reporting / KPIs

• Drive market adoption / sales of Integreon s compliance offerings through self-generated leads and by partnering with the business development team

• Enhance market awareness of Integreon s compliance offerings through thought leadership activities including the creation of articles and industry panel participation

• Partner with prospects and clients on engagement specific solution design

• Support client specific delivery efforts through training and assisting with team member selection

• Engage and form partnerships, where appropriate, with other market players such as technology providers, consultants, and advisors that enhance the value of Integreon s capabilities and/or enable better access to the market

• Consistent forward-looking view of market requirements and how Integreon can align to support those needs

• Be willing to travel domestically and internationally, as appropriate, to enable sales and service delivery

You Should Have

• 10+ years of experience in financial services with at least 5 years of experience in KYC/AML operations; preferably experience both within a financial institution and in a services company or a consultancy

• A functional knowledge of KYC/KYS/AML and requirements for financial institutions as well as how organizations are complying today and the challenges in doing so

• A deep understanding of the Client Onboarding and Documentation Management operations within financial institutions

• A professional network to leverage in both the creation of a strategy and as prospective clients

• Experience managing large globally distributed teams including in geographies such as India and the Philippines

• Knowledge of the workings of a global services company (BPO, LPO, etc…)

• A deep understanding of the landscape and relationship with key players within it

• A history of participation in industry conferences / events including participation on panels

• A true entrepreneurial spirit and desire to build solutions and bring them to market
