Job Title: Warehouse Worker

Location: New Berlin, WI

Hastings Air Energy Control in New Berlin, WI, is looking for a hardworking Warehouse Worker to add to their team. Our growing company is searching for an experienced individual that thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This position works under the supervision of the Supervisor or Warehouse Lead, the Warehouse Person is responsible for receiving, shipping and storing material, supplies and equipment in any of the Hastings warehouse locations..

Detailed Responsibilities:

1. Perform all shipping & receiving for incoming and outgoing products/parts/equipment.
2. Schedule LTL pickups and fulfill orders.
3. Verify materials received against purchase orders. Verify quantity match to packing slips.
4. Transport materials and items from receiving areas to storage or to other designated areas using a forklift or hand truck.
5. Maintain Warehouse; ensure neat and orderly storage of material.
6. Use Panatracker (handheld inventory tracking system).
7. Use Shipping/Receiving software (UPS Worldship, Fedex Ship Manager, etc).
8. Maintain inventory records on computer system.
9. Notify supervisor of low inventory supply or other abnormalities.
10. Periodically, take inventory of material, equipment and supplies in storage as assigned. (Cycle counts)
11. Follow all clean up and housekeeping procedures.
12. Wear proper safety equipment.
